Conference fees

Regular participants:

The fee includes:

• full board (dinner, breakfast and lunch) for 5 days: April 30^th, 2013 (dinner) — May 5^th, 2013 (lunch),
• accommodation for 5 nights: April 30^th, 2013 — May 5^th, 2013,
• coffee/tea breaks,
• conference materials.

For single rooms add 10 EUR/night.

Accompanying persons (for 5 days):

The fee includes:

• All transfer charges should be debited from your account as we can not accept partial payments.

Regrettably, no credit card payments or checks can be accepted.

Cancellations

Fees will be returned in full for cancellations received before April 15^th, 2013.
