The fee includes:

  • full board (dinner, breakfast and lunch) for 5 days: April 30th, 2013 (dinner) — May 5th, 2013 (lunch),
  • accommodation for 5 nights: April 30th, 2013 — May 5th, 2013,
  • coffee/tea breaks,
  • conference materials.

For single rooms add 10 EUR/night.


Accompanying persons (for 5 days):

children 125 EUR

The fee includes:

  • Please, do not forget to substitute your name for <name>.
  • All transfer charges should be debited from your account as we can not accept partial payments.

Regrettably, no credit card payments or checks can be accepted.

Cancellations

Fees will be returned in full for cancellations received before April 15th, 2013.
