Conference fees

Participants

The fee includes:

• full board (dinner, breakfast and lunch) for 5 days: April 28^th, 2026 (dinner) — May 3^rd, 2026 (lunch),
• accommodation for 5 nights: April 28^th, 2026 — May 2^nd, 2026,
• coffee/tea breaks,
• excursion,
• conference dinner,
• conference materials.

For single rooms add 15 EUR per night.

Accompanying persons

The fee includes:

• All transfer charges should be debited from your account as we can not accept partial payments.

Credit card payments

Regrettably, no credit card payments or checks can be accepted here.

Cancellations

Fees will be returned in full for cancellations received before April 15^th, 2026.
