Conference fees

Participants

The fee includes:

• full board (dinner, breakfast and lunch) for 5 days: April 27^th, 2018 (dinner) — May 2^nd, 2018 (lunch),
• accommodation for 5 nights: April 27^th, 2018 — May 2^nd, 2018,
• coffee/tea breaks,
• conference dinner,
• conference materials.

For May 3^rd add 30 EUR.
For single rooms add 10 EUR per night.

• All transfer charges should be debited from your account as we can not accept partial payments.

Credit card payments

Regrettably, no credit card payments or checks can be accepted here.

Cancellations

Fees will be returned in full for cancellations received before April 15^th, 2018.
