We are pleased to announce that the Asian TeX Conference 2008 (AsiaTeX 08) will be held at the Kongju National University, South Korea, January 25-26, 2008.

The aim of the conference is to promote various areas of TeX-related activities especially but not exclusively in Asian context by providing a forum for exchange of ideas, presentation of technical achievements, and discussion of future directions.

AsiaTeX 08 is organized by the Korean TeX Society (KTS) and hosted by the College of Humanities and Social Science, Kongju National University.
